What areas do you cover?
I am based in the UK, but travel on a daily basis to support clients throughout the UK & Ireland. I also do some occasional work within Europe.
Which days/hours do you work?
I generally work normal office hours Mondays to Fridays, and spend Weekends and Bank Holidays enjoying time with my family. I recognise that some projects are urgent so I adopt some flexibility on working days and hours to accommodate these.
What are your fees?
My fees vary according to the type of work undertaken, the activity spent before during and after meetings, and any direct costs incurred. I will advise exact costs once we have discussed a specific project.
What are your payment terms?
All invoices must be paid by return. I do not provide credit facilities for clients.
Is the company just you?
I provide the core client facing services, however my wife helps with many key functions of the business including administration, and supporting specific projects. I also have a network of specialists who I bring in when required to support specific projects and either charge for their services through GSS or I make an introduction so that you can work with them directly.
Are you available?
My availability varies throughout the month as regular commitments such as chairing board meetings generally all happen at during the same week of each month.
